Film style cores are constructed when copper fin is fed through forming dies.  Dies form water passages and locates the vertical cell against the adjacent vertical cell.  Core faces are dipped to seal the water from the air.  They are commonly referred to as "honeycomb cores" but the patterns are varied.  Please contact us with the year, make, model and dimensions of the core.  Sketches and core pencil rubbings can be used to best match the correct core to your vehicle.  We'll cost out the core
