Ford 1957-1958 Fresh Air Heater Core. This is NOT the Thunderbird.
We understand the valve to heater core connection can leak over time at the seal (P/N B7A 19460-A) or at the valve itself.
OPTION 1
Send us your heater core. Due to the precise fit of the bolt-on actuating valve (not provided) we prefer you send your heater core to us so we may use your tanks We will seal and test the heater core without the valve and encourage you to replace the gasket material when re-installing your old valve or new valve.
OPTION 2
We construct the heater core without the valve. You just have tolet your engine warm up before using heater and if you want, you can place a valve remotely in the engine compartment for seasonal use.
OPTION 3
We build the whole thing and you use your valve
In all cases, these are made to order, the build queue varies.
