In a restoration we use all re-useable parts from your original radiator and our new core.

core has 6 copper fin per inch
core has a dimple face
core has hand sheared fins with the scallop to correspond to the sidewall relief
we use flat rivets
there is a return lock fold header
there are electric wire tabs soldered to lower tank
there is a hood hinge holder
we test fit to your shell when provided (or we use our OE shells)
