1910 Model T round gas tanks for under your seat
Features include:
* Galvanized finish is removed at solder joints and after testing in the test tank may exhibit surface rust, remove before painting. Powder coating temperatures frequently exceed solder melting points and may compromise tank integrity.
Fun fact: Fuel is gravity fed tothe carburetor and tanks are non-pressurized, vented fuel system. If the fuel tank is under the seat, a minimum amount of fuel needed is 3 gallons. If the fuel tank is under the rear deck of a coupe the minimum is 4 gallons. If the fuel tank is under the seat of a sedan the minimum is 4 gallons. Later Model T’s with the gas tank mounted in the cowl are OK to drive with as little as 2 gallons.
