1953-1954 Chevy 1st Series Truck Heater Core with a tube and fin copper core. This should not be confused with the Fresh Air Deluxe which has inline tubes. THIS HAS A SIDE TANK EXIT AND OFFSET TUBES.
The "Air Flow" DeLuxe heater used fresh air supplied from a duct that took in air from the outside. The lower priced heater was the "Recirculating" heater used the in-cabin air and had the round donut style core. It is most commonly found in southern "mild climate" cars.
