This is 1957-1960 Ford Recirculating Heater Core.
Unlike the image, we manufacture with a tube and firn core for strength, heat and longevity. The original build pattern was for a F-Series pickup truck and later learned a similar looking heater core was used in the 1958-1972 Ford C CT 500 550 600 700 750 800 900 1000 1100. We would like to confirm dimensions before building.
Did your aluminum heater core start leaking & removing your dash assembly again sounds like a nightmare? We make our own copper cores and fabricate our own tanks so, naturally, we get asked to build custom heater cores or "small radiators." Some modern Fords leak like a sieve so we make a copper alternative.
Made in the USA.
