Chevy 150 -210- Belair and Nomad Harrison heater core

1955-1956 Chevy Car Standard Heater Core is fabricated with a bracket to hold the OEM valve assembly.  The Deluxe and Standard were produced in the same period.  The Deluxe model for TRUCKS has the "downward pointing" valve connection and the Deluxe for CARS has a return line which points back toward the core.
