Skip to content72-74 Ferrari Dino oil cooler
We have an OEM 1972-1974 Ferrari Dino 206 GT, 246 GT, 246 GTS Oil Cooler available.
This is not a normally a stocked item but when Gary Bobileff of the renowned Bobileff Motorcar Company in San Diego called us and asked us to repair his customer's oil cooler we thought, "wow, how lucky are we?"
We tried to save it but it was corroded and would not hold pressure so Gary then asked us to restore it with new internals. Gary changed his mind and ordered one from Europe and neglected to tell us. When the bill came due we had trouble reaching Gary Bobileff.
We emailed, called, called and emailed again. At one point a "check was in the mail." We even sent letters but alas Gary Bobileff is a hard guy to reach and even harder to reach if he owes you money. At a certain point, it becomes ridiculous that we are chasing a renowned Concours judge like Gary Bobileff who restores and sells million dollars of Ferraris, Maseratis and Lamborghinis.
At this point we'd rather sell this part to an honest Ferrari owner then stand in a small claims court waiting for our settlement like these poor guys had to.
Live and learn.
