This replaces series R107 Mercedes 560SL aluminum or plastic heater core. with a copper core that has ~20% more area.  We also got rid of flares, plates, small bolts and square nuts in slots.  We are soldering brass tank to brass tubes the way heater cores were made since the beginning.

If you are searching for an obsolete, one-off or hard to find copper and brass heater core for your older Mercedes you are not alone and you may be in luck. We make our own cores and fabricate our own tanks so, naturally, we get asked to build custom heater cores or "small radiators."  We require that you ship your pattern in.
