Toyota 1990-1999 Celica Heater Core 87107-20550. We make ours with a continuous solid tube to avoid the potential of leak between the tank-connected tube and the extension. 

These were discontinued by Toyota so we have started making them to keep the 550,000 Celicas on the road.
