V-cell Film Cores

Film style cores are constructed when copper fin is fed through forming dies.  Dies form coolant passages and locate the vertical cell against the adjacent vertical cell.  The front core face and rear core face are dipped in molten solder to seal the core and prevent coolant from escaping. 

They are commonly referred to as "honeycomb cores" but the patterns are varied.  Please contact us with the year, make, model and dimensions of the core.  Sketches and core pencil rubbings can be used to best match the correct core to your vehicle.  We'll cost out the core when we have more information.
